Arm test

Typical for Kinesiology is the muscle test, that goes back to findings of the chiropractic Dr. George Goodheart. According ti him, stress factors or organic weakness cause a weakening of the test muscle. Reactions of different muscles can be used as a feedback signal. Most known it the “arm test”.
The tester checks with gentle pressure whether the arm muscles energetically switch on or off.
